About

Allie Janicek joined BCI Management in October 2025 as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, she supports BCI Management’s staff and clients with office reception and communication, administrative operations, and meeting and event coordination.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University (OSU) in Environmental Economics and Policy and International Relations. During her time at OSU, she interned at a Willamette Valley vineyard, providing insights into viticulture data collection and analysis and assisting with quality control management.

Before joining BCI Management, Allie worked as a business development intern for a technology startup based in San Francisco. She gained experience in data entry and qualitative analysis, assessment assistance, and office communication.
