Collin Ayers joined BCI in August 2026 as a Grant Finance and Bookkeeping Specialist, supporting BCI’s Market Development team with a focus on grant financial compliance and bookkeeping. In this role, he helps manage financial processes and provides accounting support to help ensure the effective administration and oversight of grant-related activities.
Before joining BCI, Collin gained professional financial management experience across the hospitality, landscaping, and accounting industries. This diverse background has given him a well-rounded perspective on accounting and finance, along with an adaptable approach to working across different business environments. Collin is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he earned degrees in both Accounting and Finance, with a concentration in Energy Finance.
