About
Jack Chelsky joined BCI's Seattle office in February 2026 as a Market Development Manager. In this role, his work includes grant writing and reporting, program planning and implementation, research services, and client engagement.
Prior to BCI, Jack served as a diplomatic assistant in the Congressional section at the Japanese Embassy in Washington, DC. He holds an MS in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics, where he interned with the US Embassy's Foreign Commercial Service team while completing his dissertation. Jack earned his BA in International Relations from Beloit College and received competitive grant funding to complete internships in Mexico and Turkey.
