About

Mandy joined BCI Management in September 2025 as an Administrative and Financial Assistant. In this role, she supports a wide range of functions, including financial operations, annual assessment reporting, meeting coordination, and business development activities.

She brings a strong background in association management, having worked extensively in the non-profit and utility sectors. Her previous experience includes supporting various fire and utility associations, where she assisted with accounts payable and receivable, planned and executed conferences and events, and worked closely with board members to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Mandy also provided essential administrative support by preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and other critical documents that aligned with organizational goals.

Before her transition into association management, Mandy worked in the hospitality industry, managing the tasting room of a small winery. There, she developed a passion for wine and viticulture while honing her skills in logistics, customer service, and operational management in a fast-paced setting.

She holds a bachelors degree in American Sign Language Studies from Western Oregon University. Her academic background has shaped her strong communication abilities and deepened her understanding of cultural sensitivity, skills that continue to enhance her work across all professional settings.
