About
Will joined BCI's Sacramento office in July 2016 as a member of the Market Development team. He was promoted to Deputy Director in September 2023 and named Interim Director of the Market Development business unit in November 2025. In August 2026, he was appointed Director. Will assists with writing and administering grants related to the United States Department of Agriculture export assistance programs. He is also active in activity implementation and financial management.
Prior to joining BCI, Will worked as an agriculture market analyst for a global leader in precision agriculture equipment. While there, he focused on international market size estimation and performance quantification. He was also responsible for annual sales budget estimation and regional sales analysis.
Will graduated with honors from Colorado State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Animal Science and Agricultural Economics with a concentration in natural resource economics. He also holds a Master’s degree from Kansas State University in Agricultural Economics.
